By booking or purchasing tuition services, parents or legal guardians agree to the applicable terms communicated during enrolment.

2. Our Services
Infinity Learning offers two main services.
Online Tuition
Personalised online tutoring for students in Pakistan and internationally, subject to tutor availability.
Infinity Learning coordinates tutor assignments, tuition administration, parent communication and payments.
Home Tuition
Physical tutor matching for families in Faisalabad and Lahore, Pakistan.
Infinity Learning facilitates tutor matching and initial placement. Following confirmation of a placement, parents and tutors coordinate their continuing home-tuition arrangements directly.
3. Tutor Matching
We aim to match students with tutors based on relevant requirements, including:
- Curriculum
- Subjects
- Grade level
- Learning objectives
- Teaching format
- Availability
- Preferred schedule
A tutor match depends on available teaching resources.
We do not guarantee that a specific tutor will always be available.
4. Free Introductory Trial Class
Infinity Learning offers one free introductory trial class to each new student for their initial tuition arrangement.
The purpose is to help students and parents assess the teaching approach and suitability of the proposed arrangement.
Additional trials, if approved, are at Infinity Learning's discretion and must be confirmed in advance.
A free trial does not create an obligation to purchase regular tuition.
5. Online Tuition Enrolment
Following a trial, parents who wish to continue will receive confirmation of:
- Agreed subjects
- Tuition fee
- Lesson duration and frequency
- Preferred schedule
- Assigned tutor or tutor arrangement
- Billing period
- Relevant payment instructions
Regular online tuition begins after the agreed enrolment and payment conditions have been satisfied.
6. Online Tuition Payments
Online tuition fees are payable monthly in advance.
Payments must be made through Infinity Learning's verified official company payment instructions.
Parents should not transfer online tuition fees directly to individual teachers.
Any unexpected request to change bank details should be verified through Infinity Learning's official contact number.

7. Home Tuition Arrangements
For physical home tuition, Infinity Learning facilitates initial tutor matching and placement.
Following successful placement, the parent and tutor manage ongoing teaching arrangements and recurring tuition payments directly, unless a different written arrangement is expressly agreed.
Any initial placement-related obligations will be explained before the arrangement is confirmed.
Infinity Learning does not automatically become the ongoing billing intermediary for home tuition.
8. Lesson Scheduling and Attendance
Lesson schedules will be agreed according to the student's requirements and tutor availability.
Parents should provide a suitable learning environment and ensure that students are prepared for scheduled lessons.
For online lessons, parents are responsible for providing appropriate internet access and a working device.
Students and tutors should communicate scheduling difficulties promptly through the agreed channels.
Missed lessons, cancellations and rescheduling are governed by the separately published Payment & Refund Policy and the specific tuition arrangement.
9. Tutor Changes
If a parent experiences a concern relating to their online tutor, they should contact Infinity Learning.
We will review the circumstances and consider an appropriate solution, which may include additional support or reassignment where feasible.
Any replacement depends on tutor availability and the student's requirements.
We do not guarantee immediate availability of a replacement tutor.
10. Academic Results
Infinity Learning provides educational guidance and tutoring support.
Academic performance depends on multiple factors, including student participation, attendance, practice, individual circumstances and examination conditions.
We do not guarantee specific examination grades, admission decisions or academic outcomes.
Tutoring services do not replace official school enrolment or examination registration requirements.
11. Parent and Student Responsibilities
Parents and students are expected to:
- Provide accurate academic requirements.
- Treat tutors and staff respectfully.
- Attend agreed lessons punctually.
- Communicate concerns reasonably.
- Follow appropriate child-safety arrangements.
- Make payments according to the agreed terms.
Parents remain responsible for ensuring their children comply with applicable school-attendance and examination-registration requirements.
12. Tutor Responsibilities
Tutors are expected to:
- Conduct lessons professionally.
- Prepare appropriately for agreed subjects.
- Respect students and their learning needs.
- Maintain appropriate boundaries.
- Protect confidential student information.
- Report material scheduling or safeguarding concerns through the agreed process.
13. Safeguarding
The safety and wellbeing of students are important to Infinity Learning.
Parents, tutors and staff must follow our Child Safeguarding Policy.
Inappropriate conduct, harassment, discriminatory behaviour or exploitation will not be tolerated.
14. Learning Materials
Educational materials shared during tuition may be subject to copyright or licensing restrictions.
Parents and students should use them for the agreed educational purposes and avoid unauthorised redistribution.
Infinity Learning does not claim ownership of third-party examination materials.
15. Service Interruptions
Occasionally, lessons may be disrupted by illness, connectivity problems, unexpected tutor unavailability or events outside reasonable control.
Infinity Learning will review affected online tuition arrangements and communicate available remedies consistent with the agreed payment policy and applicable law.
16. Complaints

We will review complaints and seek to respond within a reasonable period.
17. Limitation of Liability
Infinity Learning's responsibilities are subject to applicable law and the specific services contracted.
Nothing in these terms excludes or restricts legal rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted.
18. Applicable Law and Disputes
The governing law, dispute-resolution procedure and appropriate jurisdiction will be specified after review of Infinity Learning's legal registration and international service arrangements.
Nothing in these terms is intended to remove mandatory consumer protections that apply to a parent.
19. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time.
Material changes affecting existing tuition arrangements will be communicated as appropriate.
