Tutor matching and free trial
How We Match a Tutor and Arrange Your Free Trial
Tell us what your child needs
Grade, curriculum, subjects and preferred times. For home tuition, also your city and area.
We suggest a suitable tutor
People, not software, review your request. We confirm availability with you before anything is arranged.
Attend one free trial class
Online or at home, so you can see how the tutor teaches before you commit.
Confirm and begin
Online: we confirm the schedule and monthly fee. Home: you and the tutor arrange continuing lessons directly.
Payments
Paying for Online Tuition
Online tuition is billed monthly in advance and paid to Infinity Learning after the free trial, once the fee is confirmed.
See our Payment & Refund Policy and Terms & Conditions.
Paid to the company, not to a tutor
You pay the confirmed tuition amount to Infinity Learning's official company account, not to individual teachers.
Fees confirmed first
The monthly fee is agreed with you after the free trial class, before any payment is due.
Monthly, in advance
Online tuition is billed one month ahead so lessons continue without interruption.
Instructions at enrolment
Bank transfer details are shared directly with parents once enrolment is confirmed.
Payment arrangement
Home Tuition: Directly With the Tutor After Placement
For home tuition, we arrange the introduction and the trial. After you confirm the placement, you and the tutor coordinate continuing lessons directly.
See our Payment & Refund Policy and Terms & Conditions.
We arrange the introduction
Infinity Learning finds a suitable tutor and organises the free trial class.
Free trial before you decide
Your child attends one introductory class before you confirm anything.
Directly with the tutor afterwards
Once you confirm the placement, you and the tutor coordinate continuing lessons directly. Ongoing fees do not need to go through the company.
Terms explained up front
Ask us how the arrangement works when you enquire, and we will explain it before you commit.

Tuition in Pakistan: Parent Questions
Is home tuition available across Pakistan?
No. Physical home tuition is available in Faisalabad and Lahore only. We do not offer in-person tutors in any other city, and we do not claim national coverage.
I live outside Faisalabad and Lahore. Can my child still have tuition?
Yes. Online tuition is available to families anywhere in Pakistan, subject to tutor availability. All your child needs is a device and a stable internet connection.
How do the fees differ between online and home tuition?
Online tuition is billed monthly in advance and paid to Infinity Learning's official company account, after the free trial and once the fee is confirmed. For home tuition, we facilitate the introduction and trial, and after placement parents and tutors deal with each other directly.
Is the free trial available for both services?
Yes. Every new student is offered one free introductory trial class, whether you choose online or home tuition.
Which curricula do you support?
Cambridge O Levels, A Levels and Checkpoints, Matric, FSc, ICS and Grades 1–8. The subjects we can arrange depend on tutor availability, so tell us exactly what your child needs.
How do you choose a tutor?
Our team reviews your child's curriculum, grade, subjects, preferred times and, for home tuition, your city and area. We then suggest a suitable tutor. People, not an automated system, handle matching, and we confirm availability with you before anything is arranged.
What if no home tutor is available near me?
We will tell you honestly what is available. We cannot promise a timeframe or a specific tutor, and online tuition is always an alternative.
Do you have an office?
Our office is in Lahore. Home tutoring takes place at your home, and online lessons take place on your child's device. If you would like to visit the office, please contact us first.
