Cookie Policy

What our website stores on your device, and your choices.

1. What Are Cookies?

Cookies are small pieces of information that websites can store on a visitor's device.

They may be used to support essential website functionality, improve security, remember preferences or measure website activity.

Similar technologies can also store or access information on a device.

2. How Infinity Learning Uses Cookies

Infinity Learning aims to use only technologies necessary for the website's operation unless additional functionality is introduced and appropriate privacy choices are provided.

Depending on the deployed website configuration, essential technologies may be used for:

  • Authentication and secure staff sessions
  • Website security
  • Maintaining necessary user preferences
  • Protecting forms and services against misuse

By default our public pages set no tracking or advertising cookies and load no tools from Meta or Google. We store one small cookie, il_consent, to remember whether you accepted or declined cookies (up to 180 days). It is essential to honour your choice and is not used for tracking.

If you click Accept in the cookie banner, we then load tools that help us measure which of our ads and pages lead to enquiries: the Meta Pixel and Meta Conversions API (Meta), and Google Analytics 4 and Google Ads tags (Google). These may set cookies such as _fbp, _fbc, _ga, _ga_ and _gcl_, and we set our own cookie, il_attr, for up to 30 days to record which campaign first brought you to the site. If you click Decline, none of these load, and no event is sent to Meta or Google. You can change your choice at any time with Cookie settings in the footer; withdrawing consent stops the tools and removes these cookies from our site.

One other tool can load regardless of your choice, because it protects a form. When the tutor application form is shown on the Become a Tutor page, it loads Cloudflare Turnstile from challenges.cloudflare.com. Turnstile is a security check that tells people apart from automated bots. To do this it runs a short check in your browser and Cloudflare receives technical information such as your IP address, and it may store or read a small amount of information on your device for security purposes. We use it only to protect the form, not for analytics or advertising. It is not loaded on any other page.

Essential session cookies are also used when authorised staff sign in to our private system.

3. Analytics and Advertising

Analytics and advertising tools from Meta and Google run only if you accept cookies. They record actions such as the pages you view, whether you click to WhatsApp or call us, and whether you submit an enquiry. When you submit an enquiry, we also send Meta a hashed version of your phone number, which is a one-way scrambled form that cannot be read back, so it can match the enquiry to an advertisement. We do not send your name, your message or your child's details. If you reached us from one of our ads, we also save the campaign details (such as the campaign name and the ad click ID) with your enquiry, so we can see which ads work. We keep them only with the enquiry and delete them whenever the enquiry is deleted or anonymised. Meta and Google handle the data under their own privacy policies.

If other optional tracking technologies are introduced, this policy will be updated to explain:

  • Their provider
  • Their purpose
  • The information collected
  • Their duration
  • Applicable consent choices

Where consent is legally required, these technologies will not be activated until the relevant choice has been made.

4. Third-Party Websites

Our website may link to WhatsApp, Instagram and other external services.

Those services may use their own cookies or tracking technologies when you interact with them.

Please review their privacy and cookie policies for further information.

5. Managing Cookies

Visitors can manage cookies through supported website preferences and their browser settings.

Disabling certain essential technologies may prevent some features, such as secure administrative sign-in, from working correctly.

Where optional cookies are offered, visitors will be provided with applicable consent controls.

6. Updates

We may update this policy when website functionality or technology providers change.

The latest version will be available on this page.
