We collect information reasonably necessary to respond to enquiries and manage tuition services.
Information provided by parents or guardians

- Parent or guardian name
- Contact number and WhatsApp number

- Preferred lesson schedule
- Tuition preferences
- Messages and enquiries submitted to our team
- If you accepted cookies and reached us from one of our ads, the campaign details (such as the campaign name and the advertising platform's click ID), so we can see which ads lead to enquiries
Student-related information
When necessary to arrange appropriate tuition, we may collect:

Assigned tutors: Details needed to prepare and deliver lessons, such as the student's grade, subjects, learning requirements and agreed schedule.
Technology providers: Approved providers supporting our website, database, authentication, hosting and communications.
Advertising measurement providers: Meta and Google, only if you accept cookies. They receive limited event information, such as the page viewed or a click to WhatsApp, and, for enquiries, a hashed version of your phone number. See our Cookie Policy.
Payment and banking providers: Information needed to verify, reconcile or manage authorised tuition payments.
Professional advisers or authorities: Where disclosure is required or permitted by applicable law.
We do not sell personal information to data brokers.
Tutors are expected to use student information only for authorised educational purposes and to maintain appropriate confidentiality.
6. WhatsApp and Third-Party Communications
Parents may communicate with Infinity Learning through WhatsApp.
When a parent chooses to open WhatsApp, communications are also subject to WhatsApp's own privacy practices.
Parents should avoid sharing unnecessary sensitive student information, passwords or financial credentials through chat messages.
Our website may also include links to Instagram and other third-party platforms.
Their privacy practices are governed by their respective policies.

Infinity Learning serves families in different countries.
Personal information may be accessed or processed in Pakistan and in countries where our approved technology providers operate.

Applications from people who apply to teach with us are kept for up to 12 months, as described in section 14.

14. Tutor Applicants
This section applies to people who apply to join our teaching network through the Become a Tutor page.
What we collect
- Full name, email address and WhatsApp number
- Country and city, and the time zone you work in
- Highest qualification, institution, programme and current status
- Subjects, curricula and grade levels you could teach, and your years of teaching experience
- Whether you would teach online, at home in Faisalabad or Lahore, or both
- Days and times you are available
- Your written answer to the question in the form
- An optional CV in PDF format
- The date and version of the privacy notice you acknowledged when you applied
If you are invited to an interview, we also record the interview time and our private interview notes and assessment. If you are approved, we record the tutor agreement we send you, when and how it was accepted, and any signed copy you provide.
We do not ask for identity-document numbers, bank details or criminal-record information when you apply. Please do not include them, or photographs of identity documents, in your CV.
How we use it
We use this information only to assess your application, arrange an interview, decide whether to invite you to join the network and, if you join, set up your private tutor record. Every application is read by a person. No decision about you is made by automated means.
Only the owner of Infinity Learning reads applications, CVs and interview notes. Application details are kept in our access-controlled database. CVs are kept in private storage and are opened only through short-lived links created by the owner. We do not publish applicant information and we do not use it for marketing.
Who else may handle it
We use technology providers to run the website, database and hosting, and Google Meet for interviews, which are subject to their own privacy practices. The application form uses Cloudflare Turnstile, a security check that confirms the form is being completed by a person and not a bot (see our Cookie Policy). We do not sell applicant information.
How long we keep it
If your application is not successful, we keep it for up to 12 months after it was last updated, then delete or anonymise it, including any stored CV and interview notes. If you become a tutor, your application forms part of your tutor record, which we keep while you teach with us and for a reasonable period afterwards for recordkeeping, as set out in your agreement.
You can ask us to delete your application sooner at any time by emailing contact@infinitylearningpk.com (opens in a new tab). Your other rights are described in section 10.
