A personal process
Every applicant is considered by the founder, and shortlisted applicants meet for a personal interview.

FAQ
Questions from tutors
Is this a job offer?
No. This is an application to join our teaching network. We review every application personally. Submitting one does not guarantee an interview, students or a place in the network.
What happens after I apply?
We review your application. If your profile fits what we need, we contact you by email or WhatsApp to arrange a short online interview on Google Meet. We may not be able to reply to every applicant.
What is the interview like?
A conversation with the founder about your subjects, how you teach and when you are available. It is a chance for you to ask questions too.
Do I need teaching experience?
Not necessarily. We look at your subject knowledge, how clearly you explain things and how well you work with students. Tell us your experience honestly, including if you are new to teaching.
Will I be guaranteed students or a fixed income?
No. We match tutors to students when a suitable enquiry comes in, so we cannot promise a number of students or a set income. Terms are explained in writing before you start, and nothing is agreed through this form.
What do you ask for at this stage?
Only the details in the form and, optionally, a PDF CV. We do not ask for ID numbers, bank details or other sensitive documents when you apply.
Where can I teach home tuition?
We arrange home tuition in Faisalabad and Lahore only. Online tuition is available to students in many countries.
