You pay the confirmed tuition amount to Infinity Learning's official company account, not to individual teachers.

The monthly fee is agreed with you after the free trial class, before any payment is due.

Online tuition is billed one month ahead so lessons continue without interruption.

Bank transfer details are shared directly with parents once enrolment is confirmed.

Do you offer a free trial class?
Yes. Every new student is offered one free introductory trial class, for both online and home tuition, so you can meet the tutor and see the teaching style before making any commitment.
How are tutors assigned?
Our team reviews your child's curriculum, grade, subjects and preferences, then identifies a suitable tutor from our teaching network. Matching is handled by people, not an automated system, so you can discuss specific requirements with us.
How are online tuition fees paid?
After a successful free trial class and confirmation of fees, online tuition is paid monthly in advance to Infinity Learning's official company account. Payment instructions are shared directly with parents at that stage.
Can parents request a change of tutor?
Parents are welcome to contact Infinity Learning at any time to discuss their requirements. We will review the situation with you and do our best to help, although we cannot guarantee an immediate replacement.
